Are the shelves'' heights adjustable? Yes they are!! The legs of the Carts have holes at 1" intervals, which allows you place a shelf wherever you seating and ergonomic may need. The lowest you can place a shelf is 9" from the floor, and you can put shelves all the way to the top of the Cart if you want. We also office have AdjustaCarts, where with a simple squeeze of a paddle, the front surface can be set for either a sit-down or stand-up application. How much will I pay for shipping? Shipping varies greatly depending on the destination we''re sending it to, weight of the seating product, and the speed of shipping you choose. We have many options... they range from standard (5-7 business days) to express (overnight) and anywhere in between. We have worked with many carriers ergonomic to get great rates, and we pass those savings on to you.

How easy office is it to assemble a Cart? (Or, as one of our dear customers put it, is it one-swear-word job, a two-swear-word job, or a three-swear-word job?) For the most part they are very easy to assemble. Typically, it takes between 45 minutes and an hour and a half to assemble (depending on size of Cart and accessories seating you are adding). The instructions are straight forward, easy to read, and we have a great support staff available weekdays between 6am and ergonomic 6pm PST to offer additional assistance if needed. It is good to remember that the larger Carts are pretty heavy, and the assembly job can be much easier if there are two people working together. Some of the Carts say "bone" color and some accessories are "putty grey". I''m confused. Are those accessories just for the grey Carts?
